Feel free to share it if you like it, I barely have any questions to work with, and, well, that's kind of an issue for an ask blog.
As for the regularity part, I don't know. Right now, I feel like I could do at least an update a week, if I don't get into too ambitious things, but I guess I'll just have to see how it goes.
I've pimped your blog a little bit in my circles so you may see a couple nother followers sorta bubble up from somewhere.
I'd recommend going and bothering askcoppercog as you might get a plug from him because you use similar themes. Aaand ofcourse no-picture Thursday on reddit is an example of how I found you. So that's a thing. Though I've myself had limited success with it, I've also tried tumblrpony wiki. Vocational Deathcruise and similar events on tumblrpon will also get you recognized if they happen at a time when you can draw for them and join in.
A number of blogs will also post fanart directly to the main blog and link you without hiding it elsewhere (talesofwildcard hides most of it if I remember right, but say... Aphex I think still posts his and doesn't reserve another URL (outside stalkerloo) for it to be put up so there you go.)
There are DA-groups also for ask-ponies, askblog characters, OCs (which have askblog folders), and soforth. These are another way of getting exposure, especially because your posting turnaround time seems to be fairly minimal.

I'm not sure how grandiose you plan things to be for Rusty, but if you're going to serious-up your tone after you get established in the routine of drawing him and have some backstory or whatever at any point I have plans for askireet to start crossing over soon so let me know. <3
The question you sent me fitted exactly with the panels I was working on, so I added it and it's already answered.
I'm probably going to try bringing in some serious stories later ( but I'll still keep a silly tone most of the time, I guess), and crossovers will be most welcome then, I'll think about it !
As for the similar theme with CopperCog...It's true, Rusty and him both use modern and robotic stuff...
But that's not all there is. The most important thing about Rusty still hasn't been explicitly revealed.
(hint : don't you wonder where he came from, when he appeared in the sky ?)
